You can log into your Apptoto account and check the status of upcoming appointments, or you can simply check your existing calendar. Apptoto will add "[CONFIRMED]", "[NOT COMING]", "[RESCHEDULE]", or "[REMINDED]" to the title of the appointment in your calendar, and in most cases will push that status indicator to your original calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.).
Additionally, we will send notification emails to keep you updated as to client replies and interactions.
