The Apptoto Reminder system is designed to reduce no-shows and improve communication with your clients. It does so by calling, SMSing, and/or emailing clients on your calendars, reminding them of their appointments automatically based on a schedule you set up (e.g. call clients between 3pm and 8pm the day before). A client can, by default, confirm, cancel or request rescheduling of the appointment when they receive the call, SMS, or email reminders. Call messages can appear to come from your exact caller id, and you can upload voice recordings to add a personal touch to those calls.
