Yes, once you've set up Apptoto and enabled your Auto Messages, it will automatically contact your clients and remind them of their appointments based on a fully customizable set of messages. For example, you can configure Apptoto to call 2 days before an appointment, and send an SMS the morning of an appointment, and each message can have custom wording/info.
