Connect Your Pella Salesforce Account to Apptoto

This guide outlines how to connect your Salesforce calendar and contacts to Apptoto, walking you through the unique steps required for Pella locations before completing the integration.

You’ll begin the setup in your Apptoto account, then pause at the calendar selection step and send us your service area prefix. From there, we’ll help finalize the setup with an onboarding meeting if needed.


Step 1: Start the Salesforce Integration

To begin, you can log in to your Apptoto account and start the Salesforce integration.

  1. Navigate to the “Appointments" tab in Apptoto. 

  2. Below the Calendar date picker, click the button "+Add or Connect Calendars." 

  1. Choose “Salesforce” from the list of calendar options.

  2. Click "Connect" on the pop-up screen that appears.

  1. On the Salesforce login page that appears, click "Use Custom Domain."

  1. Enter pellacorp.my.salesforce.com and click "Continue."


Step 2: Authorize Salesforce Access

  1. Your Pella portal screen will appear. 

  2. Enter your username and password, then click "Verify."

 

  1. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Salesforce account and approve any requested permissions that allow Apptoto to access your account.

Once authorized, Apptoto will be able to detect your connected calendar(s), but do not choose a calendar yet.


Step 3: Stop Here and Email Us

  1. When successful, you'll be directed back to the "Add Salesforce Calendar" screen in Apptoto that looks like the image below.

➡️ Stop here. Do not select a calendar.

 

We need to complete your setup manually.

Fill out this form with your email and the prefix for your service/territory area(s).

Once we receive your form, our founder, Frank Cort, will reach out to you if necessary to complete the integration.


What Happens Next?

After you’ve emailed us:

  • Our team will verify your service area prefix and sync the appropriate calendar(s).

  • We’ll work with you to schedule a quick call with Frank to finalize your integration (if needed).

  • Your Salesforce calendars will be available in Apptoto for automated client messaging.
