Can Apptoto remind multiple people for the same appointment?

Yes, Apptoto will scan your appointments for phone numbers and email addresses, and turns each phone number and email address found in the event into a participant for that event. Each participant can then receive reminders and can confirm, cancel, or request rescheduling. This feature can be managed via the “Settings”>”Auto Participants” tab of your account.

If you want to include a phone number and email address for one participant, then you can include them separated by a comma. e.g. "Fred 650-555-1212,wilma@yahoo.com " would result in only one participant being tracked, whereas "Fred 650-555-1212 Wilma wilma@yahoo.com" would result in two participants.
