Add your Address Books

One of the time-saving features of Apptoto is our built-in name extractor, which will scan your appointments for names, phone numbers and email addresses, and organize it all into individual participant info for that event.

This feature works even more fluidly when synced to your address books, eliminating the need for any extra information in the appointment beyond the participant’s full name. Apptoto will detect their name and automatically connect it to the rest of their pre-existing contact info.

To add your pre-existing address books, navigate to your “Settings”>“Address Books” tab within your account, and click the Add button at the bottom of that screen
