Now that your calendars and contacts have been imported into Apptoto, the next step is inspecting your appointments to ensure everything is coming through correctly.
Apptoto will display your appointments in your Appointments tab, divided into three columns: Appointment Info, Participant Info, and Messages.
Appointment Info displays the date/time and title of your appointments.
Participant Info displays the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of all participants for a specific event
Messages displays the number of messages set to go out, and the number of messages already sent.
*Apptoto is set to sync with your external calendars on an hourly basis, but if you need an immediate sync, you can click the “Sync” button in the top-right of the Appointments tab.

Once you’ve ensured that your appointments are showing up correctly within Apptoto, it’s time to configure your Auto Messages.
