Now that your calendar and contacts are connected, and Apptoto is seeing your appointments, it’s time to review the reminders that Apptoto will start sending to your appointments.
To start, click on the “Auto Messages” tab, which will show you the messages that Apptoto will be sending.
By default, Apptoto starts you with one of each type of message (Call, Text, and Email), each set to go out one day before the scheduled appointment. Clicking on any of these messages will bring up the Message Editor, which will allow you to change the content and timing of the message to suit your needs.

Once you’re happy with the content and timing of your messages, turn on the “Auto Messages” toggle in the black bar at the top of your Apptoto window, and you’re all set to go!
