How do I sync my first Calendar to Apptoto?

You can easily add a Calendar to Apptoto even if you did not sync your Center’s Google Calendar during the signup process. 

The next time you sign in to Apptoto, the platform will default to the “Connect an existing calendar” screen. 

Select Google, and then a popup will appear called “Add Google Calendar.” The email you used to sign up for Apptoto will be the default email. If this is the Calendar you want to sync to Apptoto, click Next.

Apptoto will show you all the Calendars you’ve created that are associated with your email. For example, you may have a calendar reserved for assessments (Your Center’s “Location Name” in the screenshot below) and one for all other Center activities/meetings (“Events Calendar”).

Select the calendar where you want appointments with new leads/assessments to appear. Click Next.

Fill in the details on the last screen, including the Calendar Name (which will show as the {{franchise_location_name}} on your booking pages and reminder messages), timezone, and scheduling availability for assessments. 

 If you fill out the Notification Settings, Apptoto will send appointment notifications to a different phone or email address for appointments booked on this calendar (instead of the default contact information).

Finally, click “Connect Calendar.”
