You’ll want to ensure your timezone is consistent between your Center’s Google Calendar and Apptoto. This is critical in ensuring that calendar events and appointment reminders display the correct time.
Google Calendar:
In Google Calendar, first, confirm your default timezone settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then click “Settings.” Under the “General” tab, select “Time Zone.” Ensure that the time zone listed matches your default time zone.
You can also set a timezone for each additional calendar you’ve created if it differs from your default timezone. While still on Google’s “Settings” tab, scroll down to the “Settings for my Calendars” section. Click “Calendar Settings” and then find the Timezone field. Select the time zone for the calendar using the dropdown menu.
Apptoto:
One Center:
In Apptoto, find your account’s default timezone by navigating to "Settings" > "Contact Info."
Under the “Time Zone” section, confirm your account’s default time zone is set correctly using the “Your Time Zone” field. You can also control how Apptoto should behave regarding clients’ time zones (if they differ from yours) by adjusting the “Client Time Zone” settings.
Multiple Centers:
If you manage Centers in different time zones, you’ll want to ensure time zones are set correctly for your synced Calendars to ensure assessments are booked at the correct times.
Navigate to “Settings” > “Calendars.” Click the gear icon. On the “Basic” tab, find the “timezone” field. Choose the timezone for your calendar. Click “Save” in the upper right-hand corner. Repeat for all calendars.
