Appointment times may not be displayed accurately in your reminder messages for two reasons.
The first reason is a discrepancy between your Google Calendar and Apptoto timezone settings. Before moving on, please follow the steps outlined in the article: "How do I configure my timezone?"
The second reason may be a discrepancy between your Center’s timezone and a student’s timezone. Generally, you will book assessments and meet with students in the same timezone as your Center. However, discrepancies can occur if the student’s/parent’s timezone on their browser is set incorrectly or if they book while traveling.
