First, it’s important to confirm that you have set Apptoto to post leads to Mathnasium Radius and entered your Center’s website into the CRM section of your booking page settings.
Posting Leads to Radius
- Navigate to the “Booking Pages” tab.
- Select the booking page you want to troubleshoot.
- Click the “General” tab and scroll down to CRM Options.
- Ensure that “Post leads to Mathnasium Radius” is checked.
- Ensure your Center’s location name is entered into the corresponding field.
- NOTE: Do not include the full URL. Only your location name should be typed into the field.
- Repeat for any additional booking pages as needed.
Ensuring Your Form Fields Are Correct
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, the next step is to check that your Form Fields are set correctly to deliver leads to Radius. Leads will not post correctly if you create form fields with the same name as the mandatory custom fields or do not use the correct formatting.
NOTE: These fields should already be set correctly if you used the default Mathnasium Booking Page template, as outlined in Step 4 in the Getting Started Guide.
To check your form fields are correct (or set them up), please:
- Navigate to the "Booking Pages" tab and select the booking page you want to update.
- Click the “Form Fields” tab.
- Ensure the following standard “Customer Fields” are set as such:
- Under “Custom Fields,” either add the following fields (click +Add Custom Field) or ensure existing fields are set up correctly (click the pencil icon to edit)

IMPORTANT: You can add additional custom fields to your online booking form if desired. However, the label and field name must not be the same as any of the three mandatory custom fields shown above.
