Adding an Additional Calendar Associated with a New Email
To add an additional calendar that is connected to a different email (i.e., a different Center’s Gmail), follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the “Appointments” tab
- Click the “+Add Calendar” button found underneath the list of synced calendars
- Choose the calendar type from the list of options
- Click the “+ Connect a new account” button
- Click “Connect” on the following screen. Follow all additional prompts to sign into your account and grant Apptoto the necessary permissions.
- Click the checkmark next to the calendar you want to sync. Click “Next.”
- Set the calendar name, desired timezone, availability, and notification settings.
- Click “Connect Calendar”
- Next, navigate to “Settings” > “Address” (aka Locations) tab. Click “+Add Location.”
- Fill out the location details for the new address. This includes the center's name, phone number, and address.
- Use the "Condition" field to tell Apptoto how to identify which Center's address to use. For example, if you're adding a calendar for a second location, you'd likely set a condition to tell Apptoto that if "Location 2" is found anywhere in an appointment, you should use Location 2's address.
- Click the “Settings” > “Calendar” tab and then click the gear icon next to the new Calendar you just synced.
- Enter Calendar details on the Basic, Scheduling, User, and Advanced tabs as desired.
- On the “Basic” tab, set the Location/Address to the address you created two steps above.
