How can I change how many assessments can be booked at the same time?

You may want to allow multiple assessments to be booked for the same time slot. For example, you may have staff available to handle more than one appointment at a time, or you may want to allow siblings to take assessments simultaneously.

To change how many appointments can be booked per time available slot: 

1. Navigate to the “Booking Pages” tab.
2. Click the title of the booking page you want to edit.
3. Click “Availability” and then scroll to the bottom.
4. Click “Advanced.”
5. Adjust the number of appointments you want to be allowed simultaneously by adjusting this setting: “Allow up to # appointments at a time.”
